Only the information you provide through our contact form, email communications, or in the course of our commercial relationship: name, company, job title, email, phone number, and any project specifications you choose to share (floor plans, dimensions, budgets, or BIM models).
The investment estimator operates entirely within your browser: the figures and parameters you select are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

4. Data Retention
Inquiries without a subsequent contractual relationship are retained for a maximum of 12 months. Client data is retained throughout the contractual term and subsequently for applicable statutory periods (6 years under commercial law and 4 years under tax law).
5. Recipients
We do not transfer your data to third parties unless legally required. Trusted service providers (cloud hosting, professional email, accounting, specialized art logistics) may access data as data processors under binding data processing agreements. Any transfer outside the EEA is protected by European Commission adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Your Rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and data portability, as well as withdraw consent at any time, by contacting privacidad@gilgonzalez.art with proof of identity.
If you believe your rights have not been adequately satisfied, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or your local supervisory authority.
7. Security
We implement technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk level in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR to guarantee confidentiality, integrity, and resilience of your data and architectural project documentation.
